About the Role
Maison Pyramide is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves defining and executing digital strategies for our diverse client portfolio, ensuring a strong, differentiated, and culturally relevant online presence across various platforms. The position requires a blend of strategic insight and practical execution to drive engagement, foster brand growth, and achieve measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business objectives into impactful social media strategies. This includes continuous analysis of performance and proactive identification of opportunities to enhance digital presence.
Strategic Planning and Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with each client’s objectives and brand positioning.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure the application of best practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients on content direction, audience engagement, and digital growth initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to maintain relevant and innovative strategies.
Campaign and Content Management
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, including paid social initiatives, defining target audiences and managing budgets according to client needs.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized to drive engagement, awareness, and conversion, translating these into tangible outcomes such as increased brand visibility, leads, or sales interest.
- Oversee the management of client social media platforms, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and creatives to ensure the timely delivery of content and effective execution of content calendars.
- Moderate communities and engage with audiences across platforms to maintain a strong brand presence.
Performance Analysis and Collaboration
- Track performance metrics across platforms and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Identify trends in customer interactions and engagement behavior, and explore new analytics tools to improve reporting and performance measurement.
- Work closely with department leads and cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives and content needs.
- Support clients with ongoing guidance to ensure their digital presence remains competitive and impactful.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in social media management or a related digital marketing field, demonstrating a strong track record in defining and executing digital strategies.
