The Opportunity: Social Media Manager

Ethos Interactive is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing, executing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies for the company's diverse client portfolio. The manager will collaborate closely with creative teams to produce content designed to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients.
• Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor social content plans and calendars.
• Plan and execute creative photoshoot and short video ideas in collaboration with editors.
• Participate in campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis across various social platforms.
• Stay informed on the latest best practices and trends in social media.
• Utilize social media tools such as Amplify, Talkwalker, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with customer service, social media, and creative teams to ensure innovative and engaging content plans.
• Monitor user engagement and propose content improvements.
• Hire and/or train new members of the social media team.
• Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in social media management. This role requires a strong understanding of current social media best practices, trends, and the ability to effectively utilize various social media management tools. Collaboration and strategic thinking are essential for success in this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Social Media Manager will operate within a dynamic team environment, fostering collaboration across different departments to achieve client objectives.
