S&OP Program Manager P UFG Quick Commerce

About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an S&OP Program Manager for its 1P UFG (Ultra Fast Grocery) Quick Commerce team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position suitable for a supply chain professional with 2+years of experience who is interested in a fast-paced environment. The S&OP Program Manager acts as a link between business and operations teams, ensuring effective business planning and execution during both peak and off-peak periods.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to maximize customer and seller experience through seamless planning and execution. The position involves driving critical decisions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, requiring strong program management skills and the ability to lead data-driven discussions. The candidate will contribute to improving forecasting accuracy and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish robust processes to enhance forecasting accuracy, aiming to minimize costs and maximize customer/seller experience.
• Support business growth within constrained environments by developing frugal and innovative solutions.
• Improve the scalability of existing processes through the identification and implementation of available tools and automation.
• Implement best practices from other geographies and companies to reduce end-to-end supply chain losses.
• Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Program manage and facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant supply chain role.
• Exceptional analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong program management capabilities.
• Ability to drive data-driven discussions and decision-making.
• Preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, and Inventory Management.

This role is part of the Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Supply Chain team, operating in a dynamic and growing environment. The position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time commitment.
