The Role of Sourcing Inspector/Car Buyer

Key Responsibilities

• Greet sellers in a warm and professional manner to establish a positive first impression and build rapport.
• Guide sellers through the check-in, waiting, and deal area processes.
• Perform vehicle inspections safely, courteously, and professionally.
• Complete inspection reports accurately within stipulated timelines, adhering to SAC quality standards for picture and vehicle inspection.
• Identify seller motivations using standard open and close-ended qualifying questions and relay this information to the closer.
• Assist the closer in finalizing deals through appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value enhancement, and objection handling techniques.
• Complete necessary documentation for accepted offers and forward it, along with the vehicle, to the Operations Team, ensuring full receipt.
• Ensure all prospective sellers, regardless of offer acceptance, are sent off professionally and courteously to maintain a positive image of SAC and encourage referrals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Proficiency in conducting detailed vehicle inspections.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate report completion.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct interaction with customers and collaboration with internal teams, requiring a professional and service-oriented approach.
