We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Seller to join our team and provide exceptional customer service while promoting our product offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable chocolate and sweets options, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining product displays to ensure optimal presentation. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Own and scale the end-to-end e-commerce strategy across KSA
• Drive growth across marketplaces (Noon, Amazon, etc.) and D2C platforms
• Lead online sales, performance marketing, merchandising, logistics, and customer journey
• Manage and develop a high-performing e-commerce team
• Own P&L, budgets, growth strategy, and expansion roadmap

• 7–12+ years of experience in e-commerce / digital commerce
• Strong background in FMCG, beauty, wellness, nutrition, or consumer brands
• Proven experience growing marketplace + D2C channels in KSA
• Strong commercial mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Experience in high-growth / scale-up environments highly preferred

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom and HO roles
• Manpower planning, job descriptions, and hiring budgets
• Oversee HR operations: onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exits
• Implement PMS, KPIs, incentives, and productivity tracking
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law and HR policies
• Coordinate training for retail, sales, product, and leadership development
• Maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance)

• 7–10 years HR experience, retail/product-based industry mandatory
• Experience handling multi-store or showroom operations
• GCC experience preferred
• Strong HR operations, employee relations, and compliance exposure

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or Management

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with HR MIS, PMS, attendance, and payroll coordination
