Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of goods and collaborate with the executive/head chef.
- Design, test, and implement pastry menus.
- Produce high-quality products focusing on design and taste.
- Supervise Pastry staff effectively.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations and compliance with food safety standards.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance team performance and menu options.
- Maintain staff shift schedules.
- Monitor kitchen equipment, arranging repairs as needed.
Requirements:- High school diploma or above.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills with both customers and team members.
- Leadership skills and willingness to work late hours as needed.
- Extensive knowledge of Pastry and Bakery products, including Chocolate making.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
