Join Napco National as a Sales Executive!
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our range of innovative products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with assigned customers to promote the company’s product range.
  • Implementing the planogram effectively.
  • Handling special order requests as needed.
  • Collecting invoices according to our aging policy.
  • Preparing documentation for market calls and business reviews.
  • Identifying and reporting new customer opportunities.
  • Managing customer complaints effectively and relaying them to your team leader.
  • Presenting customer orders and daily collections.
  • Issuing return forms for defective products with necessary approvals.
  • Reporting any unresolved issues or objections to the team leader.
To succeed in this role, you should be proactive in selling and building relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our sales objectives.
