Job Description

Full supervision of daily operations and production
Factory layout planning, machine arrangement, and production line organization
Managing the workforce, monitoring performance, and achieving production targets
Coordinating with other departments (Sales, Procurement, Logistics)
Ensuring product quality and compliance with safety standards
Overseeing preventive maintenance and minimizing breakdowns
