Specialist FP&A Supporting Assets & Infrastructure

About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Specialist FP&A Supporting Assets & Infrastructure to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities specifically for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects. The specialist will provide essential financial analysis, reporting, and business insights to facilitate strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure.
• Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate project performance and investment decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying variances against budget and forecast.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
• Monitor project expenditures and commitments, providing cost analysis reports.
• Coordinate with project teams and business stakeholders to gather financial data and assumptions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
• Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is preferred.
