Specialist FP&A Supporting Assets & Infrastructure

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Specialist - FP&A Supporting Assets & Infrastructure to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects. The Specialist will provide financial analysis, reporting, and business insights to aid strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure.
• Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate project performance and investment decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying variances against budget and forecast.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and management reports.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
• Monitor project expenditures and commitments, providing cost analysis reports.
• Coordinate with project teams and business stakeholders to gather financial data and assumptions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
• Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within Qiddiya Investment Company. The Specialist will work collaboratively with various project teams and business stakeholders.
