Sr. Manager Gross to Net Commercial Excellence

About the Role

Atos is seeking a Sr. Manager, Gross-to-Net Commercial Excellence to join the Commercial Excellence department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving the planning, management, and evaluation of commercial investments for Novo Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for Gross-to-Net management, translating performance data into strategic recommendations, and guiding leadership decisions on investment value.

Role Context and Objectives

This position supports sustainable and profitable growth in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the company's mission of serving individuals with serious chronic diseases. The role reports to the Director, CE & Projects – Saudi Arabia, within International Operations. It involves extensive collaboration with the Saudi Leadership Team and colleagues across Commercial Excellence, Trade, Marketing, Pricing & Market Access, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain. Interaction with Regional and International Operations teams in Gross-to-Net, pricing, commercial insights and analytics, as well as external consultancies, agencies, and data providers, will also be required. The role demands the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the end-to-end Gross-to-Net governance cycle, including calendar, data inputs, definitions, roles, decision rights, review forums, and action tracking.
• Establish and maintain a transparent Gross-to-Net waterfall across various commercial deductions, with visibility by product, customer, channel, and investment type.
• Lead regular reviews with Trade, Pricing, Marketing, and Finance to reconcile actuals against plans, challenge assumptions and variances, and track actions.
• Ensure each Gross-to-Net element has clear objectives, eligibility criteria, approval routes, and measurable outcomes, while monitoring exceptions, policy adherence, and total exposure.
• Identify revenue leakage, over/under-spend, and ineffective investments, recommending corrective actions, reallocation, and performance-based alternatives for leadership reviews and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence lead to develop dashboards and scorecards, perform driver, variance, and scenario analyses, and contribute to annual planning, target setting, and rolling forecasts.
• Improve data quality, dashboards, and automation, and manage external consultancies, agencies, and data providers in line with internal controls, local requirements, and business ethics.
