Sr. Operations Manager

About the Role

CORE Coffee & Roastery is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring operational excellence, driving business performance, and leading operational teams to maintain high standards of service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple CORE Coffee & Roastery locations, ensuring consistent adherence to SOPs, operational standards, and service procedures.
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business growth, analyzing KPIs such as sales, average transaction value, labor cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and operational teams, ensuring effective manpower planning, scheduling, and staff deployment.
• Maintain consistent coffee quality, preparation standards, presentation, and service across all branches, ensuring compliance with recipes and quality-control procedures.
• Monitor and control food, beverage, packaging, labor, and operational costs, including managing wastage, stock variances, and inventory losses.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality, monitoring feedback and developing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, safety, municipality, and company requirements through regular operational inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and drive business performance.
• Experience in leading and developing operational teams.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position within the Operations Department of CORE Coffee & Roastery.
