Sr. Operations Manager

About the Role

Qureos is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager for CORE Coffee & Roastery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive sales performance and business growth.
• Provide leadership and development for the operations team.
• Ensure high standards of coffee and product quality.
• Implement cost control measures and manage inventory effectively.
• Enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in F&B operations, with a preference for specialty coffee, cafés, restaurants, or multi-unit operations.
• Previous experience managing multiple branches or outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, sales, labor cost, food cost, inventory, and operational KPIs.
• Experience in specialty coffee or coffee-roastery operations is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B POS/ERP systems.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires willingness to travel between branches as needed to support operational requirements.
