Job Summary

The SR. PRECAST INSPECTOR, QA / QC ensures the quality of products, materials, and processes through comprehensive inspections, audits, and tests. This role involves identifying defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. The Senior Inspector will also mentor junior inspectors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within alfanar Building Systems in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure conformity of products with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Execute required inspections and represent the department for joint inspections with consultants and clients.
• Communicate with designers to clarify any conflicts or discrepancies in specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance framework.
• Ensure project execution conforms to quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all inspection activities and findings.

• Ensure timely delivery of quality control reports and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or inspection, preferably within precast concrete or construction.
• Demonstrated ability to execute required inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Experience in representing the department for joint inspections with external stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within alfanar Building Systems. The role involves working collaboratively with production teams and external consultants to uphold quality standards.
