SR.CONSULTANT SCRUM MASTER

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a SR.CONSULTANT, SCRUM MASTER to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices across IT and digital transformation initiatives, aiming to enhance delivery effectiveness and organizational Agile maturity.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this position is to enable effective delivery, foster high-performing teams, and promote continuous improvement within the organization. The Senior Consultant will be instrumental in increasing the overall Agile maturity of alfanar Group through strategic implementation and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across various projects and transformation initiatives.
• Introduce Agile practices, frameworks, tools, and standards to improve overall delivery effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain Scrum processes, guidelines, and ways of working within teams.
• Support teams transitioning to Agile frameworks and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Support Agile delivery across digital transformation, technology, and IT initiatives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the effective execution of Sprint activities.
• Monitor sprint progress, backlog delivery, team capacity, potential risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog management, prioritization, and refinement processes.
• Ensure delivery progress, identified risks, and issues are transparent to all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within alfanar Group. The role involves working closely with IT and digital transformation teams to foster an Agile culture.
