About the Role

DeepSource is seeking an Infrastructure Storage Engineer & Technical Account Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, KSA. This role requires a customer-facing professional to provide comprehensive operational support, technical guidance, and service coordination for infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical expertise combined with effective stakeholder management to ensure high availability, proactive risk mitigation, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer operational issues, escalations, and service reviews.
  • Manage and support infrastructure components including Storage, Compute, SAN, and Backup platforms.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and lifecycle, offering proactive recommendations and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate hardware and software upgrades, as well as other change activities.
  • Coordinate field services, work orders, engineer dispatches, spare parts management, and partner activities.
  • Deliver regular reports on asset health, incident trends, capacity utilization, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships while ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and driving continuous service optimization.

Required Experience

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in infrastructure support and management. The position requires a blend of technical proficiency and client-facing skills.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves direct interaction with customers and requires a proactive approach to infrastructure management.

Technical Focus Areas

The core technical responsibilities revolve around the operational support and management of storage systems, compute resources, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and backup platforms. Proactive monitoring and lifecycle management are key aspects of this role.

Customer Engagement
