About the Role

alfanar is seeking a dedicated Store Associate I EXA Ceramics to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on overseeing and executing all essential store operations. The role ensures efficient management of goods from receipt to dispatch, maintaining high standards of inventory control and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities in Inventory Management

• Manage the physical and system-based processes for receiving, put-away, storing, issuing, and transferring goods.
• Maintain the goods receipt register and ensure the secure storage of sample or free-of-cost items.
• Update bin locations within the system and manage the master file for Finished Goods (FG) items.
• Conduct perpetual stock counting and submit comprehensive monthly reports to the supervisor.
• Implement and adhere to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) policy, ensuring proper preservation of items to prevent damages, leakages, and pilferages.

Quality Control and Scrap Coordination

• Provide support to Quality Control (QC) personnel during incoming materials quality inspection tasks.
• Ensure the proper preservation of rejected goods, notify the Purchase Department, and follow up on necessary actions.
• Arrange and coordinate the loading of scrap materials.
• Verify loaded scrap and ensure the creation of non-returnable gate passes.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance

• Monitor and ensure the effective utilization of material handling equipment.
• Implement and adhere to established management systems and operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Comply with all quality, safety, environmental, and other company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Implement quality standards for products, processes, and related activities.
