Role Overview: Management Consultant, Supply Chain & Engineering

Accenture Middle East is seeking experienced Management Consultants for its growing Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves assisting organizations in addressing complex operational, engineering, and transformation challenges. The work spans areas such as Local Content & Procurement, Capital Projects, Operations Readiness, Digital Twins & Digital Engineering, and Asset Management. Consultants will work with multidisciplinary teams, specializing in one or more SC&E capability areas while gaining broader exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, managing analysis, activities, and deliverables.
• Solve complex business and operational challenges using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Develop strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Apply digital technologies, AI, analytics, and engineering solutions to improve performance.
• Support implementation by defining initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance measures.
• Support business growth through client discussions and practice-development initiatives.

Required Experience and Capabilities

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience and typically bring expertise in at least one of the following SC&E capability areas:

• Local Content & Government Procurement: Experience in local content strategy, localization, supplier development, procurement transformation, and performance frameworks.
• Capital Projects: Experience in project governance, PMO, project controls, portfolio management, risk, and capital program performance.
• Operations Readiness: Experience in readiness planning, operating models, mobilization, testing, handover, go-live, and operational acceptance.
• Digital Twins & Digital Engineering: Experience in digital twin strategy, use cases, engineering data, BIM, IoT, AI, analytics, and digital engineering transformation.
• Asset Management: Experience in asset strategy, maintenance, reliability, lifecycle planning, performance management, and digital enablement.
