The Role: Student and Administration Support Assistant

English Path is seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join its team as an Onsite Student and Administration Support Assistant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is based directly on a host university campus, serving as the primary on-ground point of contact for student services, campus logistics, and daily administrative operations for the embedded English for Academic Purposes (EAP) college program.

Role Purpose and Context

The successful candidate will play a vital role in bridging communication between the host university and English Path. This position ensures a seamless student experience, maintains meticulous academic and attendance records, and provides critical administrative support to the Onsite Academic Coordinator and the EAP teaching faculty.

Key Responsibilities

The Student and Administration Support Assistant will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Act as the first point of contact for student enquiries, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
  • Coordinate student onboarding and orientation, introducing learners to campus, systems, and programme requirements.
  • Support student wellbeing by identifying and escalating academic or pastoral concerns where appropriate.
  • Manage student communications through email, digital platforms, and cohort communication channels.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records, identifying and reporting students at risk.
  • Keep student records up to date, including attendance, assessment data, and programme documentation.
  • Produce regular administrative reports on student engagement and programme performance.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the teaching team.
  • Coordinate daily programme logistics and liaise with campus stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure classrooms, learning resources, and bookings are prepared and managed effectively.
  • Support the planning and delivery of student events, workshops, and enrichment activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

  • Demonstrable experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or student affairs.
  • Prior experience working within a school, university, or training centre environment is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based entirely on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a consistent presence within the host university campus environment to facilitate direct interaction with students and campus stakeholders.
