Modern Mills For Food Products Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor, Sales to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to achieving sales targets for our flour products within a designated territory.

Role Summary

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives. This involves providing essential supervision, training, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness. The role also focuses on the effective implementation of sales processes and strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives for flour products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for flour products within an assigned territory.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to the sales team.
• Ensure that sales processes and strategies are effectively implemented.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Develop and follow up on weighted and numeric distribution plans, ensuring collection aligns with credit policy.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing sales.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the assigned territory.
• Track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Identify and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate new leads, utilizing industry knowledge and market research to identify target accounts.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales.
