Boutiqaat, a prominent e-commerce platform in the beauty and lifestyle retail sector, is seeking a dedicated System Administrator. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The System Administrator will serve as a critical component of Boutiqaat's IT operations, responsible for ensuring system uptime, providing comprehensive user support, and maintaining technological infrastructure. This role involves addressing daily technical challenges and contributing to the security and performance of the IT environment, thereby supporting the organization's continuous progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Efficiently troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account, access, and device management.
• Assist users with password resets, access permissions, and general IT inquiries.
• Manage IT support tickets, track issues, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Escalate complex technical challenges to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Support Windows environments, including Active Directory and group policy management.
• Assist with system updates, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential risks proactively.
• Manage data backups and perform basic data restoration procedures.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and general connectivity problems.
• Support the enforcement of IT security policies and endpoint protection measures.
• Maintain secure access across various systems and devices.
• Identify and escalate potential security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and comprehensive documentation.
• Support CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Handle hardware setups, installations, and deployments.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service requirements.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Travel to regional sites to provide support for kiosks, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and handheld devices.
• Support email, calendars, shared drives, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot access, permissions, and application-specific issues.
• Set up and maintain user work environments.
• Create user guides and contribute to knowledge base content.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT support role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows environments, including Active Directory and group policies.
• Experience with IT asset management, security policies, and system monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high system availability.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role may require occasional travel to regional sites to provide on-site support for various devices and systems.
