About the Role

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a Tahreez/Riyadh-Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is with Tahreez Company and focuses on driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Role Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial analysis. The primary objective of this role is to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the business operations of Tahreez Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting processes across the business.
• Lead financial forecasting activities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is considered a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related financial field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically MDynamics or similar platforms.
