About the Role: Deputy Project Director

Alstom is building a talent pool for a Deputy Project Director position in Riyadh. This role involves driving the delivery of rail solutions, leading teams, and managing complex project challenges. The Deputy Project Director will contribute to shaping future mobility initiatives and ensuring project execution aligns with industry standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale project execution, ensuring scalability and sustainable growth in alignment with Alstom’s global standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or rail projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
• Expertise in project management tools, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
• Deep understanding of rail systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive high-performing teams.
