Role Overview

The Project Manager for Power Supply will lead the design, delivery, and integration of power supply systems for major rail infrastructure projects. This senior professional role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and operational reliability, contributing to Alstom’s mission in sustainable mobility. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of traction power supply systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with international standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project milestones and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure system reliability through rigorous testing, validation, and risk management processes using tools such as ETAP and SCADA.
• Drive innovation by integrating energy-efficient technologies and digital monitoring solutions into project execution.
• Foster knowledge sharing across teams, promoting best practices in project management and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in managing complex rail electrification or traction power projects using PMBOK or PRINCE2 frameworks.
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems, substations, and overhead catenary systems.
• Experience with project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards relevant to large-scale infrastructure projects.
