Providing educational programs and activities suitable for the age group from four to five years. Main meals and responsibilities: - Designing and implementing educational activities. Planning and organizing educational activities that coincide with children's developmental stages. Using various educational strategies and methods in line with the theory of multiple intelligences. - Engaging children in learning through play: Designing interactive and educational activities based on play and adventure, such as physical and artistic activities that develop bodily and kinesthetic intelligence. Organizing games and activities that encourage social learning and the development of language and emotional skills. - Observing the child's progress: Monitoring children's behavior and development in various areas (emotional, linguistic, social, motor) and providing periodic evaluation reports. Guiding children to help them develop their social and communicative skills and ensure a loving and safe learning environment. - Encouraging children to express themselves: Providing opportunities for children to express their thoughts and feelings through activities. Enhancing children's linguistic intelligence through stories and dialogue activities that encourage them to use language and speak. - Developing an inclusive learning environment: Creating an engaging classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of children based on multiple intelligences. Incorporating activities that target sensory and cognitive development through interaction with various educational materials. - Interacting with parents: Providing regular feedback about children's progress and development at home. - Interacting with the center management: Continuous communication with management to follow up on children's progress in various educational and behavioral areas. - Evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities and teaching strategies, making necessary adjustments to ensure children's benefit. Implementing innovative methods to encourage children to learn based on multiple intelligences. - Guiding children in social situations. Helping children develop their social and emotional skills through group activities and interaction with their peers. Encouraging cooperation and participation, and enhancing social intelligence through joint activities. - Caring for and paying attention to children: Providing a safe and healthy environment for children and ensuring they receive appropriate physical and psychological care. Monitoring children's health and care throughout the school day.
