  1. Daily branch operations follow-up and ensure workflow continuity and adherence to the approved systems and policies.
  2. Monitoring the performance of sales and operational branches and analyzing results and submitting periodic reports to management.
  3. Stock follow-up in the branches and coordination with the warehouse to provide products and operational needs.
  4. Ensuring compliance with customer service standards and addressing any operational observations or complaints related to the branches.
  5. Participating in the implementation of sales and marketing plans and approved promotional campaigns for branches.
  6. Proposing developmental initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency within the branches.
  7. Participating in training and guiding branch employees and providing recommendations related to their performance development.
  8. Coordinating with other departments (maintenance, marketing, procurement, human resources) to support branch operations and their needs.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
