The Role of Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will head the technical delivery team for an enterprise data platform and Business Intelligence (BI) engagement. This full-time position involves bridging business and technology by gathering and documenting requirements, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and facilitating stakeholder workshops. You will lead the team through the entire project lifecycle, including delivery, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live operational support under defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery team and coordinate day-to-day engineering and BI activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; define KPIs and indicators with stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-elicitation sessions.
• Support user acceptance testing and manage defect triage and resolution.
• Lead post-go-live operational support, including incident management and resolution within SLAs.
• Coordinate with the client's IT teams on environments, access, integrations, and releases.
• Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge bases.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in data and Business Intelligence (BI) technical delivery and operations.
• Strong facilitation and requirements-elicitation skills with business and executive stakeholders.
• Possession of an ITIL Foundation certification.
• Demonstrated experience with SLA management and operating production support processes.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams through delivery, UAT, and support phases.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Hands-on background in data engineering or BI development.
• Experience in consulting or managed-services delivery models.
• Additional certifications in agile delivery, cloud platforms, or service management.
