About Ejada and the Role

Ejada is seeking a Technical Presales Engineer, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on designing and positioning scalable DXP solutions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role involves developing solution architectures, technical proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to strengthen client engagements and improve win rates.

Core Responsibilities

The Technical Presales Engineer will be accountable for a range of activities that span solution design, technical proposal development, and the creation of presales assets. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing high-level solution architectures and technical designs.
• Providing technical input for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Creating technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Supporting the design and positioning of DXP and customer experience solutions.
• Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholder teams.

Solution Architecture and Technical Design

In this capacity, the engineer will:

• Develop high-level solution architectures, technical blueprints, integration views, and deployment designs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into feasible and scalable technical solutions.
• Assess solution feasibility, platform capabilities, integration requirements, and delivery feasibility.
• Communicate complex technical concepts through clear, client-focused presentations and solution narratives.

Technical Presales and Proposal Support

The role involves comprehensive support for presales activities, including:

• Providing technical input for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Defining solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, technical risks, and implementation considerations.
• Supporting effort estimation, solution sizing, and indicative cost modeling.
• Contributing to the quality, consistency, and accuracy of technical proposal content.
• Developing technical demonstrations and proofs of concept to support solution validation.
• Maintaining demonstration environments and reusable presales assets.
• Building and enhancing architecture patterns, diagrams, solution templates, technical content, and use cases.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the presales knowledge base and solution library.

DXP Solutioning and Platform Positioning

Specific expertise in Digital Experience Platforms is crucial for this role, encompassing:

• Supporting the design and positioning of DXP, CMS, portal, and customer experience solutions.
• Translating customer experience requirements into suitable solution components, including content management, personalization, search, analytics, multilingual capabilities, accessibility, and omnichannel delivery.
• Recommending suitable deployment models, including SaaS, hosted, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Supporting modernization initiatives such as platform migration, upgrades, portal transformation, composable architecture, and headless solutions.

Collaboration and Experience

The successful candidate will collaborate with sales, presales, architecture, design, delivery, and technology partner teams throughout the presales process. Participation in discovery sessions, client workshops, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations is expected. A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
