Role Overview: Technical Team Manager

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company is seeking an experienced Technical Team Manager to join a landmark high-rise buildings project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading technical coordination, design management, and engineering execution for a large-scale development. Candidates should be goal-oriented, persevering, self-motivated, ambitious, and people-oriented, with over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) to provide centralized technical support across all project sites.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before issuance to site teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and relevant hotel brand technical and design standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure constructability prior to construction.
• Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams for complex issues.
• Monitor emerging technical risks across projects and report status, issues, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of over 10 years in delivering high-rise tower developments or mega projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong background in design coordination, technical management, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with international building codes, BIM processes, and modern construction technologies.
• Professional certifications are considered an advantage.
