The Tender Officer Role

Consulum is seeking a Tender Officer to join its Tenders Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves contributing to multiple projects across various stages of the procurement process, playing a key part in enabling Consulum's participation in tender opportunities both within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with government procurement portals to identify potential bidding opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to prepare and submit competitive proposals.
• Managing tender documentation and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
• Supporting all aspects of government relations and tender management processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with client procurement teams, suppliers, and service providers to foster collaboration.
• Proactively managing portals within KSA and internationally, including supplier registrations, identifying suitable tender opportunities, and submitting tenders.
• Contributing to the company's success by achieving commercial outcomes in business development activities through effective management of proposals, tenders, and contracts in government relations and procurement.
• Contributing to business development initiatives by identifying and communicating potential tender opportunities across government procurement portals, thereby expanding Consulum's market presence and offerings.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience using the Etimad portal for tender identification and submission.
• Experience using government portals in the Middle East for tender identification and submission.
• Experience working in a procurement role.
• Experience working in a licensing and regulatory compliance role.
