About the Role
Sidra Med is seeking a Tender Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position designed for a professional with 0-1 years of experience in tender management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tender process for the company.
Role Overview
The Tender Specialist will oversee the entire tender lifecycle, from identifying potential opportunities to preparing and submitting compliant bids. This role requires a systematic approach to document management, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to ensuring all submissions meet client and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
- Register and maintain the company’s profile on procurement and tendering platforms.
- Review and study tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and tender specifications.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission conditions.
- Prepare tender checklists and ensure all required documents are complete and compliant.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments to collect technical, commercial, and legal documents.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals before submission deadlines.
- Monitor tender announcements, clarifications, addendums, and updates.
- Follow up on tender evaluations, award notifications, and client communications.
- Maintain organized records of all tenders, submissions, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with client requirements and company policies throughout the tendering process.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in tender management or a related administrative role. This position is suitable for individuals seeking to build foundational experience in procurement and bid preparation within a professional environment.
