Fursan Travel is a leading provider of travel services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in our ticketing and travel operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Air Ticketing & Itinerary Fulfillment: Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus). Ensure accuracy in fare calculations, handle flight changes, and apply lowest fare strategies.
  • Hotel & Non-Air Services Booking: Reserve accommodations, coordinate car rentals, and assist with visa arrangements.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client requests, clarify travel needs, and provide detailed confirmations.
  • Support & Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve operations and assist colleagues during peak hours.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–3 years in corporate travel operations or business travel ticketing.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficient in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) and experienced in B2B hotel booking platforms.
  • Skills: Strong customer service orientation, high attention to detail, and multitasking ability. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Commitment: Ability to efficiently manage evening shifts and weekends.
