The Role of Tourism Operations & Experience Coordinator

BAN Tourism is seeking a full-time Tourism Operations & Experience Coordinator to join its operations team in Riyadh. This role involves transforming conceptual ideas into tangible experiences for guests on the ground. The coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tourism programs, from design and coordination to on-site supervision and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design tourism programs and experiences, including the creation of detailed hour-by-hour itineraries.
• Develop new experiences that reflect the identity and culture of Saudi destinations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop day trips and seasonal programs.
• Coordinate with various suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, guides, and experience providers.
• Prepare comprehensive operations files for each program, detailing schedules, roles, contacts, and contingency plans.
• Follow up on all bookings and supplier confirmations prior to each trip.
• Supervise program delivery on-site from guest arrival to departure.
• Address and resolve any on-trip issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all involved parties adhere to quality and timing standards.
• Collect guest feedback and ratings following each program.
• Prepare post-trip reports that evaluate program successes and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of the supplier database.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience. The role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the smooth execution of tourism programs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work as part of an operations team, collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver high-quality tourism experiences.
