The Role of Training Specialist

Zofeur is seeking a Training Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure the effective integration of learned techniques into work behavior. The specialist will be responsible for the full training cycle, from needs assessment to program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs by evaluating employee strengths and weaknesses.
• Build comprehensive training programs and prepare detailed teaching plans.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business environment and conduct orientation sessions.
• Deliver training courses effectively to various audiences.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any necessary changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events.
• Demonstrated ability to master the full training cycle.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
