The Role of Training Specialist

Zofeur is seeking a Training Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves developing and delivering training programs to support employee development and integration within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs by evaluating employee strengths and weaknesses.
• Design and build training programs, including the preparation of teaching plans.
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Acclimate new hires to the business through orientation sessions.
• Deliver training courses to employees.
• Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into work behavior.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any necessary changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in designing multiple training events.
• Demonstrated ability to master the full training cycle.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
