Transformation Manager

About the Role

Cander is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to support enterprise transformation and delivery governance. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an immediate start or a maximum one-month notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise transformation and delivery governance within a banking environment.
• Manage governance cadences, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Scrum of Scrums.
• Oversee strategic roadmaps and ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, priorities, risks, and delivery performance.
• Engage with and manage senior stakeholders, including the ability to challenge when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Strong background in transformation, portfolio/project management, or agile-at-scale delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is considered a plus.

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site contract position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility of renewal for up to 2 years.
