About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a Transition Manager for a fixed-term, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for supporting the management and coordination of activities within transition projects. The Transition Manager ensures that projects adhere to all required governance processes, utilize appropriate tools, and successfully meet client requirements. This position also contributes to fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.

Project Implementation and Governance

• Implement, run, govern, and control transition programs from inception through to completion.
• Manage project risk and minimize potential failure by planning and ensuring the execution of all testing, training, and change management activities.
• Undertake due diligence investigations to accurately determine exact client requirements.
• Work according to standard project management methodologies to plan and manage the execution of service and outsource transition projects.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish positive relationships with client stakeholders and engage with them on a regular basis.
• Plan and coordinate engagement sessions with clients, preparing for and facilitating these sessions.
• Ensure all parties remain informed throughout the process by preparing and distributing required communication and reports regularly.

Resource Management and Team Leadership

• Identify resource requirements for transition projects and negotiate and agree upon the utilization of these resources.
• Perform as a people manager for the cross-functional transition team, supporting team members' development and growth in their roles.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Transition Manager position must possess 5-10 years of professional experience in transition management or a closely related project-focused role. This includes a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
