Travel Consultant

About the Role

Fursan Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position where the consultant will work directly from our client’s premises as part of an Implant project. The role involves managing various aspects of travel arrangements, primarily focusing on ticketing and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using Amadeus / Sabre.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent bookings efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries and identify the best available fares for clients.
• Manage hotel and other non-air travel bookings.
• Professionally handle client requests via phone and email.
• Provide alternative travel solutions when required to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and account procedures.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant travel or ticketing role.
• Solid experience in ticketing, understanding fare rules, and itinerary preparation.
• Experience with B2B hotel booking platforms such as TBO / Hotelbeds.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working directly from a client's premises as part of an implant project.
