About the Opportunity

TalentHub is recruiting for a Treasury Manager to join an established Saudi fragrance and beauty retailer. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on leading the treasury function for a business undergoing significant expansion.

Client Background and Strategic Role

Our client is a prominent Saudi fragrance and beauty retailer with a strong national presence and a loyal customer base. The company is currently in a growth phase, expanding its retail footprint, broadening its product portfolio, and investing significantly in digital and e-commerce capabilities. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the treasury strategy to ensure optimal cash flow management and financial stability across all business units and store locations during this period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s treasury strategy, ensuring optimal cash flow management across all business units and store locations.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements, negotiating favorable terms in line with business needs.
• Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management to support ongoing retail operations and expansion plans.
• Oversee foreign currency exposure and hedging strategies related to import operations and supplier payments.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the monitoring and management of company investments, deposits, and surplus funds.
• Build and manage the treasury department team, including performance oversight and capability development.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash position updates, and risk assessments for senior and executive management.
• Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align treasury activities with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CTP, CFA) is preferred.
• Proven experience managing a treasury department, including cash flow, banking relationships, and financing, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or a related industry.

Key Skills and Expertise

• Demonstrated experience in liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and financial risk management.
• Experience managing multi-bank relationships and negotiating credit facilities.
• Experience leading and developing a treasury team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and present treasury reports to senior management.
