The Role of UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will focus on transforming research and insights into clear, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. This role involves the complete design and delivery of validated UI/UX concepts, from initial user research through wireframing, prototyping, and the creation of pixel-perfect specifications. The designer will ensure adherence to accessibility standards, maintain consistency within design systems, and align all work with product goals to improve overall usability and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and gather insights.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Execute UI/UX design tasks, ensuring user-centered solutions.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
• Maintain consistency with established design systems.
• Prepare pixel-perfect UI specifications for development.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Understanding and practical experience with design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform user research.

Work Setting and Compensation
