Unified Communications Expert (Saudi National)

About the Role

VaporVM is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Expert to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting a robust Unified Communications (UC) environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in UC technologies, IVR integration, VoIP, SIP, SBCs, call routing, and contact center solutions.

Role Purpose

The Unified Communications Expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive UC infrastructure that covers voice, video, IVR, telephony, and collaboration platforms. This includes leading technical design and implementation efforts for IVR-enabled UC solutions and ensuring seamless integration across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Unified Communications infrastructure for voice, video, IVR, and collaboration services.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of IVR-enabled UC solutions.
• Configure and manage UC platforms including Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Design and optimize IVR applications, call flows, routing logic, gateways, and session management.
• Manage end-to-end integration of IVR with voice, telephony, collaboration, CRM, C2M databases, and contact center applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot SIP, RTP, SBCs, gateways, PBX, and call routing.
• Design and implement voice networks with appropriate QoS, redundancy, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Conduct interoperability and integration testing across UC platforms, endpoints, gateways, and IVR applications.
• Troubleshoot complex UC, telephony, IVR, and call-flow issues, and optimize system performance.
• Monitor UC infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance using appropriate monitoring and reporting tools.
• Support deployment, system integration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure UC solutions adhere to relevant telecom standards, VoIP protocols, security best practices, and organizational requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation covering architecture, configurations, integrations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Unified Communications.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in UC technologies, IVR integration, VoIP, SIP, SBCs, call routing, and contact center solutions.
• Proficiency with UC platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration within a technical team to deliver and maintain advanced Unified Communications solutions.
