Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the sales team at its dealership in At Tawqi, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving the profitability and performance of pre-owned vehicle sales. The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $135,000 per year, complemented by incentives, commission, and bonuses.

Strategic Focus and Impact

The Used Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing the dealership's pre-owned vehicle sales performance and profitability. This involves strategic oversight of inventory acquisition, pricing strategies, and optimizing the speed to sale. The manager will lead the sales team to consistently achieve strong volume and gross results, ensuring a competitive inventory mix, efficient reconditioning timelines, and a high-impact customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive used vehicle sales volume, front-end gross profit, and overall departmental profitability.
• Lead, coach, and hold Sales Consultants accountable for achieving individual and team performance goals.
• Manage inventory strategy, including sourcing, appraisals, pricing, aging, and turn targets.
• Oversee trade appraisals and acquisition channels to ensure consistent inventory flow with appropriate margins.
• Collaborate with service and reconditioning teams to ensure fast turnaround times and vehicles ready for sale.
• Structure transactions, desk deals, and manage "turn over" (TO) processes to improve closing ratios and profitability.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as inventory turn, days-to-sale, gross per unit, and conversion rates.
• Ensure all used vehicle pricing is competitive and aligned with market data and dealership strategy.
• Partner with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to maximize product penetration and deal efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with dealership standards, OEM guidelines (if applicable), and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales leadership experience, with a strong focus on used vehicle operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing inventory, implementing pricing strategies, and driving used car profitability.
• Strong experience in vehicle appraisal and desking, with an emphasis on margin optimization and sales speed.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing reports and responding quickly to market trends.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Solid understanding of inventory management tools, CRM systems, and market pricing platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
