UX Researcher / On Demand

About the Role

UX Labs is seeking a UX Researcher / On Demand to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract, project-based position where the researcher will contribute expertise to uncover valuable user insights across diverse projects and clients. The role involves conducting comprehensive user research using various methodologies to provide actionable recommendations that shape design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, tailored to project objectives.
• Aid in recruiting participants for research studies and coordinating research sessions.
• Assist in collecting qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Help with organizing and synthesizing research findings, contributing to the analysis process.
• Assist in documenting research methodologies, findings, and insights.
• Contribute to the creation of clear and concise research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, and clients, to integrate research findings into the design and development process.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute insights and ideas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on research progress and findings.
• Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
• Assist the UX Research team in projects by helping with research tasks and providing support as needed.

Adaptability and Communication

The role requires adaptability and responsiveness to meet evolving research needs and priorities within an on-demand, project-based environment. Candidates should be flexible with their time and availability to align with agency requirements and deadlines. Regular communication with managers regarding availability for work is expected.

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
• Ability to learn from experienced researchers and seek guidance to enhance research skills and expertise.

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates on an on-demand/project-based model, requiring flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects for various clients.
