About the Role

WAFY is seeking a Vendor Onboarding & Lifecycle Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting our expanding partner network, focusing on transforming newly established partnerships into active and successful vendors on the WAFY platform.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire vendor lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing performance management. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the vendor onboarding process, from contract signing through to storefront go-live.
• Collecting and validating vendor information, including inventory, pricing, availability, media assets, and booking policies.
• Supporting the setup and quality review of vendor storefronts on the WAFY Partner Portal.
• Conducting onboarding and Partner Portal training sessions for vendors.
• Following up with vendors to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Monitoring vendor performance indicators such as GMV, booking conversion, content completeness, and review scores.
• Supporting 30-day and 90-day vendor performance reviews and following up on agreed actions.
• Identifying content gaps, operational issues, or declining performance and coordinating corrective actions.
• Assisting vendors with catalogue updates, pricing changes, availability, and seasonal offerings.
• Handling day-to-day vendor queries and coordinating escalations with relevant internal teams.
• Maintaining accurate vendor records, onboarding stages, and activity updates in the CRM.
• Preparing regular reports on onboarding progress, vendor performance, and outstanding actions.
• Collaborating with Commercial, Product, Tech, and Operations teams to enhance the overall vendor experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for this role should demonstrate a strong background in partner management and possess the following qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience working directly with business partners, vendors, merchants, or corporate accounts.
• A good understanding of commercial and marketplace metrics, including GMV, conversion, and retention.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors and onboarding activities concurrently.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, dashboards, and various digital platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Desirable Experience

The following experiences are considered advantageous for this position:

• Experience within the tourism, hospitality, events, entertainment, e-commerce, marketplaces, OTAs, or aggregator platforms sectors.
• Previous exposure to vendor or merchant portals.
• Basic understanding of API integrations or booking/channel management systems.
• Experience working with partners in the Saudi or GCC market.
