We are seeking a Video Content Creator & Editor Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position. This role is crucial for developing engaging video content that supports our marketing and brand objectives.

Role Overview

The Video Content Creator & Editor Specialist will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from conceptualization to final delivery. This includes filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content to enhance Holo KSA's marketing efforts, increase brand awareness, and support lead generation. The role requires a creative individual capable of producing engaging content across various social media platforms while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Plan, film, and produce engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, website content, customer testimonials, educational content, and brand storytelling.
• Create content focused on mortgages, property ownership, home-buying education, financial literacy, and real estate trends.
• Capture both short-form and long-form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and X.
• Visit real estate projects, developments, and on-site locations across Riyadh to shoot content, including project walkthroughs, property videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality content, adding motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual enhancements.
• Optimize content for various social media platforms and digital channels, producing both Arabic and English versions where required.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to support content creation, including thumbnails, graphics, overlays, social media visuals, and branded assets.
• Manage video shoots from planning through to final delivery, including setting up and operating cameras, lighting, microphones, and production equipment.
• Organize and maintain content libraries and production assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, and platform best practices, identifying new opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness through video.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives, and review content performance metrics to make recommendations for future improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 2-5 years in video content creation and editing.
• Experience creating content for digital-first brands.
• Strong creative storytelling abilities combined with robust production and editing skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software and tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for graphic support.
• Demonstrated understanding of creating engaging content for various social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to real estate projects, developments, and on-site locations across Riyadh to shoot content.

Work Environment

This full-time role operates within a fast-paced, high-growth environment at Holo KSA. The specialist will be expected to work both in-office and on-location, requiring regular travel to various sites within Riyadh to capture diverse content while ensuring all content aligns with Holo's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
