Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video content for clients across various industries.
• Produce engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Attend pre-production meetings to align on creative direction, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide full videography coverage on scheduled shoot days.
• Independently operate and supply all necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Deliver both raw footage and fully edited video content based on project requirements.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Post-Production & Editing Requirements:

• Professional-level video editing using industry-standard software.
• Color correction and grading, sound syncing, and audio enhancement.
• Seamless transitions and clean storytelling edits.
• Basic motion graphics, subtitles (Arabic & English), and on-screen text formatting.
• Formatting and exporting videos optimized for various platforms.
• Implement unlimited revisions based on feedback from Neon and its clients until final approval is received.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Iqama in KSA (For none Saudis).
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Own professional-grade videography equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, audio, stabilization tools, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing video projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of current digital and social media trends.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Video Producer & Editor to join our team at iGate. This role combines the responsibilities of video production and post-production, requiring expertise in both videography and video editing. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that enhances our brand storytelling, engages our audience, and supports our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography:
  • Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content for advertisements, social media, product demos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Operate DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools to ensure professional production quality.
  • Frame and compose visually compelling shots that align with the brand’s creative vision.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to bring visual concepts to life.
  • Stay updated on the latest videography trends, techniques, and equipment.
• Video Editing:
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website use.
  • Implement motion graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video storytelling.
  • Optimize video formats for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, other...).
  • Manage video storage, organization, and archiving.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and style across all video content.
• Collaboration & Innovation:
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure seamless workflow from concept to delivery.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for video content that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Continuously innovate and experiment with new video styles and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (or similar editing tools).
• Expertise in operating DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
• Strong understanding of color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to storyboard, shoot, and edit videos independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of optimizing video content for different platforms and formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in film production, Multimedia, Photography, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills is required.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS or tech-related video content (*, product demos, tutorials, explainer videos).
• Familiarity with 3D animation or advanced motion graphics is a plus.
• Certifications in video editing or production tools (*, Adobe Certified Expert) is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot and produce high-quality video and photo content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.

• Capture on-ground content (events, shoots, behind-the-scenes, campaigns) as needed.
• Manage basic production workflows, including file organization and versioning.
• Stay up to date with content trends, especially short-form video and social-first formats.

• Proven experience in videography and video editing, ideally within digital content or marketing.
• Strong skills in video editing tools (* Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar).
• Experience with photography for digital and advertising purposes is a strong plus.
