About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking a Visitor Management System (VMS) & Access Control Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of enterprise Visitor Management Systems (VMS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Smart Space technologies, and integrated security and Audio-Visual (AV) systems. The role is crucial for ensuring secure, efficient, and technologically advanced facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide ongoing support for Visitor Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems, access control mechanisms, video intercoms, and smart-building technologies.
• Support and manage a range of AV systems, including video conferencing solutions, audio systems, IPTV, digital signage, and video walls.
• Administer Smart Space platforms, encompassing room booking systems, occupancy sensors, and workplace analytics tools.
• Support and integrate with leading VMS platforms such as Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, iLobby, Sine, and Traction Guest.
• Manage Dahua CCTV systems, Dahua access control solutions, Dahua video intercoms, and associated analytics platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system uptime, and coordinate effectively with IT, Facilities departments, and external vendors.
• Ensure proper system documentation, monitor and maintain system performance, and guarantee operational compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Visitor Management Systems (VMS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), smart-building technologies, or integrated security systems.
• Hands-on experience with VMS platforms including Envoy, Proxyclick, HID Visitor Manager, iLobby, Sine, or Traction Guest.
• Demonstrated experience with Dahua CCTV, Dahua access control, and Dahua video intercom solutions.
• Solid knowledge of AV systems, Smart Space technologies, and enterprise security platforms.
• Understanding of networking concepts as they relate to security and AV systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
