المهام والمسؤوليات | Responsibilities:

• استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم وتقديم خدمة احترافية.
• أخذ طلبات العملاء بدقة وتقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات بالشكل الصحيح.
• متابعة احتياجات العملاء والتعامل مع طلباتهم وملاحظاتهم.
• المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب الطاولات ومنطقة الخدمة.
• التنسيق مع المطبخ وفريق التشغيل لضمان سرعة ودقة الخدمة.
• الالتزام بسياسات المطعم ومعايير النظافة والسلامة.
• المساهمة في تقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء.
• Welcome guests and provide professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages properly.
• Follow up on customer needs and handle requests and feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure efficient service.
• Follow restaurant policies and hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to providing an excellent guest experience.

المتطلبات | Requirements:

• خبرة سابقة في المطاعم أو مجال الضيافة.
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
• المظهر المهني والالتزام والانضباط.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت ضغط العمل.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة.
• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, commitment, and discipline.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• English language skills are an advantage.
