About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Waiter to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves preparing the dining area before service, maintaining its cleanliness and organization, and providing direct service to clients. The role is integral to ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the dining hall is prepared and maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization before and during service. This includes assisting with various setup tasks and directly serving clients, contributing to an efficient and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service period.
• Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean personal appearance and high hygiene standards.
• Aid the captain waiter in mise en place preparation.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Assist the captain waiter in placing food plates on clients' tables.
• Change ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
• Clear and clean tables after meals are completed.
• Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a restaurant setting, collaborating closely with the captain waiter and other team members to deliver efficient service.
