Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Flow Progressive Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role is based in the Sudair industrial area.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, which include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This position ensures that all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in adherence to company procedures and service level agreements. The Supervisor will lead a team of operators and coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities to ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, verifying documentation accuracy.
• Monitor the proper usage of equipment and warehouse tools.
• Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Report variances and damaged goods, coordinating with inventory control for adjustments.
• Support the implementation of WMS and scanning systems for real-time inventory tracking.
• Allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor performance.
• Provide on-the-job training, enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure adherence to productivity targets.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and teamwork within the shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, proper PPE usage, and incident reporting.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and segregation within warehouse zones.
• Prepare shift reports, productivity logs, and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain updated documentation for goods movement, inventory changes, and material handling equipment.
• Escalate critical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment processes.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in the Sudair industrial area of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Operations team of Flow Progressive Logistics.
